GABA Supplement

Get More Sleep & Restful Nights for Brighter Days

Are You Experiencing A GABA Deficiency?

GABA is an amino acid found in your brain that serves as the main inhibitory neurotransmitter (chemical messenger) that tells your body to slow down certain bran acitivities. The acronym GABA stands for gamma-aminobutyric acid, and a lack of it can result in difficulties slowing down your thoughts enough to fully fall asleep and stay asleep to get the rest you need.

Low levels of GABA in the brain may play a role in stress disorders, anxiety disorders, and sleep disorders like insomnia. Rest is extremely important to living a healthy lifestyle and is just as important as other bodily necessities like eating, exercise, and breathing.

Symptoms of a GABA deficiency can include:

  • Lack of sleep
  • Heightened anxiety
  • Feeling tired
  • Feeling unmotivated
  • Feeling sad or angry about lack of sleep
  • Lack of emotional regulation
  • Falling asleep at the wheel of a vehicle
  • Moving or speaking more slowly than usual
